RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Zanyxale, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If you're not completely happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 72 HOURS from the receipt of your merchandise.
Before shipping back your order, please email us at support@zanyxale.com so we can assist you through the process.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Merchandise purchased with promo codes or a discount
- Sale merchandise
- Pre-order styles
- Limited edition collections
Please note that all returned merchandise must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations, odors, or damages
- Returned with original tags and packaging intact
Merchandise returned without the original tags and packaging may be subject to refusal or a restocking fee.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for damages that occur during the care of an item (washing, dry cleaning, etc.).
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance to ensure your package arrives safely.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as an online store credit. Please note that since we cover the delivery cost ourselves, the delivery fee for returned products must be paid by you.
Once your return is processed, we will send you a confirmation email. Please allow several business days for refunds to reflect on your account.
